December Member of the Month - Grace Sweeney

We want to give a HUGE shout out to Grace Sweeney, one of our December Members of the Month! Grace has been a huge help all year long. Grace has used her background in social media to help our marketing team as well as initially solicited Kmart and Sears Holding for a corporate sponsorship. This turned into potentially getting a portion of our mixers donated! Hopefully a donation of Coke Products will be pushed over the line this week! Finally she has been a phenomenal addition to our Thursday night dodgeball team! Thank you so much for all your hard work, Grace!!!

December Member of the Month - Meghan Bartlett

Congratulations to one of our December Members of the Month, Megan Bartlett. Megan joined Junior Council in September and has been a huge help for our Snowball 2015 auction! Megan has gotten the following auction items: 

• 4 Tickets to University of Illinois Football at the 50 yard line and parking pass
• 4 Tickets to University of Illinois Basketball and parking pass
• 6 White Sox Tickets and 2 Parking Passes

In addition to that she has been able to get the lemons and limes donated to Snowball! Thank you Megan for all your hard work! You’re a rock star! 

The Junior Council’s 27th annual Snowball

The Junior Council’s 27th annual Snowball will take place Saturday, February 7th 2015 from 8PM – 1AM at the Great Hall of Historic Union Station, benefiting the Pediatric and Adolescent HIV/AIDS Programs at Lurie Children’s Hospital of Chicago.

November Member of the Month - Sam Rice

Congratulations to one of our November Member of the Month, Sam Rice! Sam has really stepped up for Snowball 2015 and has secured a $1,000 donation from her company, KPMG! She has been a very helpful member since she joined Junior Council! We are so glad to have Sam as a member of JC. Keep up the great work!

November Member of the Month - Susan Parsons

Congratulations to one of our November Members of the Month, Susan Parsons. Susan has secured a $500 donation from her company, Ogilvy and Mather, and continues to be an active contributor to the Corporate Partnership Committee. Great job and thanks for all the hard work, Susan! 

Member of the Month - Gen Matthews

Congratulations to our 2nd October Member of the Month, Gen Matthews. Gen did a great job during our canvas event for Snowball. She also is applying to the mentor program. Not only does Gen regularly attends meetings and social events, but she really stepped up her game this month. Thanks for all your hard work, Gen! 

October Member of the Month - Natalie Wilbeck

We want to give a HUGE shout out to Natalie Wilbeck, one of our October Members of the Month! This is Natalie's first year as a member of Junior Council and she has already been super involved. Natalie is the first member to secure a silver sponsorship from Wells Fargo for Snowball 2015. She also was able to connect us with Home Run Inn Pizza. They will be donating individual pizzas as our late night snack at Snowball. Thank you for all your hard work, Natalie!!!
